Chocolate Stacks

  1. 100g cornflake cereal, crushed
  2. 100g milk powder
  3. 25g cocoa
  4. 125g golden syrup
  5. 100g margarine or butter


  1. Grease a baking sheet and set aside.
  2. Combine cornflakes, milk powder and cocoa in a bowl. Mix well.
  3. Melt syrup and margarine together in a pan over a low heat. Stir continuously, do not let it boil.
  4. Pour onto cornflakes. Mix and stir well.
  5. Using clean hands, press together and mould mixture into mini stacks. Leave on baking sheet to harden.
  6. Serve as a sweet surprise.
