Pan Fried Beef (干煎牛肉)

Serves: 2


  1. 200g beef, sliced thinly
  2. 4 tbsp oyster sauce
  3. 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  4. ½ yellow bell pepper, chopped
  5. ½ red bell pepper, chopped
  6. salt to taste


  1. Marinate the beef with 4 tbsp oyster sauce. Set aside.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan. Sauté the yellow and red bell peppers for 2 min. Remove from heat.
  3. Heat the remaining oil in the frying pan until it starts to smoke.
  4. Pan fry the beef till it’s brown on one side. Do the same for the other side.
  5. Serve with bell peppers.
